Fans of AK’s have been waiting for his next movie since the triumph of the high-octane thriller “Valimai,” but they no longer have to. A.K.’s 61st film will be titled “Thunivu,” and it will be released in the near future. H. Vinoth, who previously directed “Valimai,” helmed “Thunivu,” and Boney Kapoor was involved in producing both films. People’s anticipation for the film has been building since the first trailer was released, and it has only increased as hit singles like “Chilla Chilla” and “Gangsta” have been used to promote the film. But the premiere date of the film is set for January 12, 2023.
Story
There are rumours that in Thunivu, a criminal mastermind and his gang come up with a scheme and loot banks all around Chennai for unknown reasons, but the filmmakers kept the plot a secret.
Thunivu
When it finally hits theatres on January 12, 2023, Thunivu will be a smashing success. There are a few other major films with predetermined Sankranthi releases as well. There will be three new releases in 2023: Varisu on January 12, Veera Simha Reddy on January 12, and Waltair Veerayya on January 13, all of which are directed by ace filmmakers. Expectations for all of these films are through the roof, but the creators of Thunivu claim their film features groundbreaking action sequences. Despite the excitement around its release in Chennai, Thunivu isn’t likely to resonate with Telugu audiences as the new films starring their favourite actors are already in theatres.
Ajith plays the male role, and Malayalam actress Manju Warrier plays the female. Roles are important for Veera, Samuthirakani, GM Sundar, John Kokken, and Ajay. It was shot by Nirav Shah, and H.Vinoth directed it. Gibran will compose the score, and Boney Kapoor will oversee the production. Nirav Shah is widely regarded as one of the most talented cinematographers in the industry at the present time. On the film sets of God Father and Valimai, he co-starred with Chiranjeevi and Ajith. He had appeared in H. Vinoth‘s Nerkonda Paarvai, a remake of Hind’s Pink, before he was cast in Valimai. Since Gibran has scored numerous films this year, he deserves more credit for his efforts. There is no doubt that Thunivu will continue to rack up box office successes, and he already has a solid slate of films slated for release in 2023 (nearly 13 in all).

When making Thunivu, the creators didn’t skimp on spending their 180 crores. Thunivu’s creators increased the budget than Valimai’s, which was just 150 crores but generated a lot of money. You can make money off of Ajith. Stories are unnecessary for his films because he alone is enough to draw audiences.
Valimai, Ajith‘s most recent film, received a range of critical reactions. The film was successful despite its poor critical reception. There were 19,284 votes cast and the average rating for Valimai was 6. This time around, we anticipate overwhelmingly positive responses from audiences everywhere.
When it is released on January 12, 2023, Thunivu will be a smashing success. Vijay’s Telugu Vaarasudu: Varisu, Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy: Mass Action, and Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya: Mass Action are just four of the blockbuster films it will go up against. So, now we wait to see who emerges victorious from Sankranthi.
